Samsung S5 to 8.1 HELP!

After following the directions here

and following the links to the website and downloading all the files.

I am left with Encryption Unsuccessful → no longer have access to data :frowning:

Tells me to factory reset but it always boot to the Encryption unsuccessful screen.

I did a data encryption earlier but did not know it would still be encrypting my data after a few hours!

Now I can’t factory reset because I flashed it with 8.1 . With the 8.1 I end up with the Encryption unsuccessful error?

U will have to format data to decrypt data

Then reboot recovery ok try that
