Problem with OEM Unlock in galaxy note 8

Hi, i recently bought a galaxy note 8 (SM-N950F/DS) device and wishing to root it and install a custom rom…so i was waiting for the 7 days of samsung jail hoping i will find the OEM Unlock option in the developer option but the days passed and still no OEM Unlock option…
I tried to google various solutions but i fail to solve this and it turns out this device is already rooted with android 9.0… tried also to restart the phone in recovery mode hoping to find the trwp recovery but nothing…

So i was asking if i may try installing the trwp and proceed to install my custom rom or is there another solution on this?

Put it in download mode and see if it says unlocked any where

Yeah i checked it several times, and i was hesitating to do the next steps coz many people insist u should fix that OEM issue before proceeding

These are the info from download mode…

Current binary : Custom (Oxf)
KG state : Checking
FRP Lock : OFF
OEM Lock : OFF
Secure download : Enabled

Are those info safe to proceed?
