Can you install custom rom in google pixel XL verizon edition (bootloader is locked) ?
Sorry, bootloader needs to be unlocked. The bootloader unlock stopped working July 2020. A search of XDA will show a more complete conversation. I unlocked and rooted my Verizon 1st gen Pixel XL when it was still possible, but that was about 2.75 years ago.

Yep, impossible. Bootloader is Verizon encrypted/locked.
