Odin flash pass but phone still wont boot. only official binaries are allowed to be flashed

hello
I rooted samsung galaxy s8+ and it worked for about 30 seconds now im gettin the only official binaries are allowed to be flashed. so i tried to flash using odin tried multiple versions of odin all gave me fails. until i used odin3.3.12 and i pass but it doesnt change the situation still get the only official binaries are allowed to be flashed and stays in bootloop until i disconnect from laptop. If I can get some help I will be most grateful. This is my wifes phone and i am really in the doghouse right now til i fix or buy another.

hi there …i followed your steps to root as in your video. it seemed to work first time and i was going through the samsung gmail set up process but the phone froze. so i restarted and i get the message as above. i tried the process from the start again, using the latest odin but every time it just comes up with a fail message…plus on the mobile the same red error message about official binaries only allowed? thanks in advance!

Yes once u root u have custom binaries so if u can try to u root first see if that helps also make sure your getting official samsung firmware

hi many thanks! i didnt have the correct firmware for my s8 plus. eventually managed to flash and followed your instructions again to root…perfect. many thanks!

Sorry I didn’t have the notifications on bro sorry it took so long but thanks for replying but I fixed it what I did was I was trying to use sammfirm but it kept giving me errors. So I found a software called Frija to download it and not realizing that most of the phones information is on the back bottom of the phone in really light colors and fine print and dowloaded this firmware and flashed with every version of odin that I had downloaded and version I don’t remember which one but I started from v3.12.7, v3.13.1, v3.13.3, v3.14.1 I think it was v3. 13.1 that worked I am so happy I worked on that damn phone for about 3 or 4 weeks but thank you sir happy new years
